Refund policy
Every Life Death Football tee is printed to order, made individually for you when you place your order. Because of this, please read the following carefully before purchasing.
Made to order
As each item is produced specifically for you, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size choice, or ordering the wrong item. We'd ask you to check our size guide before ordering to make sure you get the right fit first time.
Faulty, damaged or misprinted items
If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, we'll put it right. Get in touch within 30 days of receiving your order at hello@lifedeathfootball.com and include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo showing the issue
Once we've confirmed the fault, we'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund. There's no need to return the faulty item.
Orders lost in transit
If your order hasn't arrived, please let us know no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date and we'll investigate and put things right.
Refunds
Where a refund is due, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for it to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
Your statutory rights
