Shipping & Returns

Everything you need to know about getting your order — and what happens in the rare event something's not right.

Shipping

Printed to order. Every Life Death Football tee is made when you order it. That means there's a short production window before your order ships — no warehouses full of unsold stock, no waste. Good for the planet, worth the short wait.

How long it takes. Your order goes through two stages — production (your tee is printed and prepared) and shipping (transit to you). Combined, most orders arrive within 5–10 business days, often faster within the UK. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Where we ship. We currently ship to the UK, the EU, the US and Canada. If your country isn't available at checkout, we're not shipping there just yet — but we're always looking to expand, so keep an eye out.

Shipping costs. Orders over £50 ship free. For orders under £50, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location.

Customs & duties. Orders to the EU, US and Canada may be subject to import duties or taxes set by the destination country. These aren't included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns & Exchanges

A quick honest note on how print-to-order works. Because every tee is made individually for you, we don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size, or wrong choice. We'd ask you to check the size guide before ordering so you get the right fit first time.

But if something's wrong, we'll sort it. If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, we'll put it right with a free replacement or a refund — no need to send the faulty item back.

How to claim. Get in touch within 30 days of receiving your order at hello@lifedeathfootball.com, with:

• Your order number
• A clear photo showing the issue

We'll take it from there and get a resolution sorted as quickly as we can.

Lost in transit. If your order hasn't arrived, let us know no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date and we'll chase it up.
